At Solitairekart, we take pride in offering high-quality jewelry that is carefully crafted with the utmost attention to detail. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a replacement facility for 15 days from the date of delivery.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the original goods back to us for a replacement. Please note that we don’t have a refund policy at this time.
To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.
Please note that the return shipping cost will be paid by the client. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item is returned safely.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the replacement as quickly as possible. We will notify you via email once the replacement has been processed and shipped.
